This launch plan includes three primary activities: a series of briefings and reviews with the senior management team, the initial team-building jumpstart training, and a strategic integration workshop.

Senior Manager briefing
Through a series of short meetings before, during and after the training listed below, the senior team addresses core issues including:
* Critical factors for strategic success of the teams
* Leadership style and team development
* Business processes & Policy

Team-building JumpStart
Using experience-based training, short lectures and open group discussion, teams explore these topics:
   a)  Community-based team-building: Success factors
   b)  Strategic alignment: Linking team activity to business results
   c)  Knowledge-sharing: Learning from peers & other stakeholders
   d)  Critical information: Leveraging, capturing and sharing know-how
At the conclusion of the Team-building JumpStart sessions, each team receives the assignment to create a presentation which is, to be delivered at the Strategic Integration Workshop. This presentation shall describe each team’s structure, objectives and business processes (how they will work together to accomplish their goals).

Strategic Integration Workshop                     
The teams are re-united. Their presentations are reviewed and the teams’ approaches refined with their peers input under Seth's guidance. Special attention to: (1) support the organization's Strategic Plan, (2) viability of team’s intentions, (3) opportunities for each team member’s contribution and professional development.  Objectives include:
   *  Improve the capacity of each team to contribute to the Strategic Plan
   *  Share know-how and expertise across teams 
   *  Building the work environment in which all teams succeed, working together
