Title:  Leadership Transtion Planning
Audience: 20 members of the Peace Corps executive team including the Director
Objectives:
   (1) Introduce a framework for leadership tranition.
   (2) Run a workshop to identify action steps that will ensure continuity and continued
        strategic success.
Length:  3 hours
Overview:  
   (1) Review existing team's experience when it assumed leadership. See support document.
   (2) Identify critical successes and strategic objectives in need of continuity.
   (3) Prioritize these efforts.
   (4) Introduce a framework for ensuring continuity:
        (a) Identify champions.
        (b) Build the champions' support networks.
        (c) Create timelines for the idenitified objectives including manageable milestones
   (5) Identify required preparation activities for ensuring the transition, including support
        documentation and leader orientation.
