Title: Critical Issues facing CEOs in the Corrugated Industry
Audience: 80 CEOs of independent corrugated plants across the USA
Objectives:
   (1) Identify critical issues facing the industry.
   (2) Create working groups to share know-how, expertise and experience in facing
         these difficulties.
Length:  3 hours
Overview:  
   (1) In preparation for the meeting:
        (a) Conduct telephone interviews with 8 CEOs
        (b) Meet with the association leadership
        (c) Tour a corrugated plant
        (d) Implement an electronic survey among the 80 CEOs
   (2) Conduct a working session among the CEOs to capture personal stories. These stories
         will act as case studies, identifying the difficulties being faced and providing a forum
         for exploration.
   (3) Cluster the issues and form working groups among the CEOs to engage in discussion,
        sharing best practices and scheduling site visits.
