Title:  Putting the Pieces of Our Puzzle Together
Audience: 120 representative from member associations, 30 board and staff members
Objectives: Generate excitement, enthusiasm and volunteers to pursue strategic objectives.
Length: 2 hour workshop + 90min executive session + 90min workshop
Overview: 
   Day 1:
   (1) In a two hour presentation, jumpstart the conference with stories from participants
        that demonstrate their personal commitment to nursing.
   (2) Review the stories for linkages to the objectives laid out in the strategic plan.
   (3) Over dinner with the Executive Director, Incoming Chair and President, identify 
        high-leverage activities that will both (a) contribute to the organization's goals and
        (b) incorporate participants' passions.
   Day 2:
   (1) In a 90 minute presentation, share the executive team's review
   (2) Identify those activities requiring participant volunteers in order to achieve strategic goals.
   (3) Sign participants up.
   (4) Form working groups and plan for the year ahead.
