Title: Building Beehives: Creating Communities that will Continue the Fulbright Spirit
Audience: 200 Fulbright international alumni, 5 board and staff members
Objectives:
   (1) Introduce a framework for building community.
   (2) Lead a workshop in which participants identify and generate enthuisasm for alumni
        activities, then plan for the year ahead.
Length: 30 minute keynote + 3 hour workshop
Overview:  
   (1) Keynote: Invoke the power of Senator Fulbright and his mission. Generate enthusiasm for
        strategic community-building, and teach the framework, Building Beehives , drawing on the
        World Bank's extraordinary successes.
   (2) Workshop: Use JumpStart Storytelling to rouse enthusiasm, then identify opportunities for 
        professional development within the alumni community. Form working groups to plot the
        course for the year ahead.
