I enjoy
coaching and
welcome the opportunity to talk with you in more detail about
how I can provide a customized approach to your needs. Below are

My coaching services
include:
Providing real-time consulting
help --
confidentially --
on issues currently
confronting the leader.
Establishing longer-term professional and
career strategies, individualized to
each person.
Providing maximum responsiveness: sessions are scheduled in advance and
additional telephone calls are returned within 4
hours, emails returned
the same day (two days for , faxes
and correspondence reviewed and replied to within one day. (For U.S. clients only. Overseas clients create mutually-agreeable
schedules.)
Technology (telephone, email, fax, etc) is used for client convenience, so the coaching is available no
matter where the participant is at the moment of need, and no travel
costs are necessary.
Five coaching programs are offered. If a client books multiple
cycles, discounts apply: Options 1 & 2 are
primarily for Executives, and run in 30 day
cycles:
Option #1: Continual
access. Up to two phone calls (these can be either scheduled or ad
hoc, based on clients' needs) and five emails per week, received and returned
within client's business
hours. Unlimited fax and conventional mail review and response. Fee
for Option #1 is $1,500 for a 30 day cycle. Calls and emails are not
cumulative and cannot be "carried over" to succeeding weeks.
Option #2: Unlimited
access. As many emails, phone calls, faxes, and letters as
desired, with responses provided as needed and not subject to
business hours (e.g., a weekend call may be required in anticipation
of a Monday morning meeting). Fee for Option #2 is $3,000 for a 30 day cycle.
In options 1 & 2, ad hoc calls are returned
within 4 hours and email within the same day.
Conventional mail, courier packages, and faxes are reviewed and
replied to within one day
of
receipt. Options 3 - 5 are
more suited to solo practitioners focusing on business
development:

enrollment of two cycles at a time there is a 5% discount; for three at a time, a
10% discount; and for four or more at a time, a 15% discount.
I hope
you have found this helpful. Call me at (301) 229-2221 or send me an email if you would
