  • Solo practitioners interested in the pracical aspects of accelerating their business growth through better marketing, optimized fee structures, and increased effectiveness in client management.

    My coaching services include:
  • Providing real-time consulting help -- confidentially -- on issues currently confronting the leader.
  • Establishing longer-term professional and career strategies, individualized to each person.
  • Providing maximum responsiveness: sessions are scheduled in advance and additional telephone calls are returned within 4 hours, emails returned the same day (two days for , faxes and correspondence reviewed and replied to within one day. (For U.S. clients only. Overseas clients create mutually-agreeable schedules.)
  • Technology (telephone, email, fax, etc) is used for client convenience, so the coaching is available no matter where the participant is at the moment of need, and no travel costs are necessary.

    Five coaching programs are offered. If a client books multiple cycles, discounts apply:
    Options 1 & 2 are primarily for Executives, and run in 30 day cycles:
  • Option #1: Continual access. Up to two phone calls (these can be either scheduled or ad hoc, based on clients' needs) and five emails per week, received and returned within client's business hours. Unlimited fax and conventional mail review and response. Fee for Option #1 is $1,500 for a 30 day cycle. Calls and emails are not cumulative and cannot be "carried over" to succeeding weeks.
  • Option #2: Unlimited access. As many emails, phone calls, faxes, and letters as desired, with responses provided as needed and not subject to business hours (e.g., a weekend call may be required in anticipation of a Monday morning meeting). Fee for Option #2 is $3,000 for a 30 day cycle.
  • In options 1 & 2, ad hoc calls are returned within 4 hours and email within the same day. Conventional mail, courier packages, and faxes are reviewed and replied to within one day of receipt.

    Options 3 - 5 are more suited to solo practitioners focusing on business development:
  • Option #3Periodic access. Four one-hour phone calls - one per week. Emails received and returned within 2 business days. Fee is $1,000. 
  • Option #4Periodic accessSix one-hour phone calls - one every 10 days. Emails received and returned within 2 business days. Fee is $1,500.
  • Option #5: Unlimited access. Six one-hour phones - one every 2 weeks. Emails received and returned within 2 business days. Fee is $1,800.

    Payments are made in advance. For enrollment of two cycles at a time there is a 5% discount; for three at a time, a 10% discount; and for four or more at a time, a 15% discount.
